Unloading process: when the material passes through the upper part of the head wheel, the material leaves the dustpan and is discharged from the discharge port, which is called unloading process. There are three unloading methods: centrifugal, gravity and mixed. The centrifugal bucket elevator is suitable for the materials with good fluidity and dispersibility. The materials with more moisture and poor dispersibility should be discharged by gravity. The mixed discharge has better adaptability to the materials and is commonly used in engineering practice.
