Product overview of HL ring chain centrifugal bucket elevator :

     HL ring chain centrifugal bucket elevator It is suitable for vertical transportation of powdery, granular and small pieces of materials with high grindability, such as grain, coal, cement, crushed ore, etc, The maximum conveying height is 40m, which is characterized by simple structure, stable operation, extraction type loading, mixed or gravity unloading, combined sprocket wheel flange, convenient replacement, long service life of sprocket flange after special treatment, if gravity automatic tensioning device is used at the lower part, it can maintain constant tension, avoid slipping or chain shedding, and have certain accommodation when hopper is blocked, which can be effective To protect the moving parts, the material temperature should not exceed 250 ℃.

Working principle of HL ring chain centrifugal bucket elevator :

HL Type ring chain centrifugal bucket elevator produced by Zhengzhou Honglin Machinery Co., Ltd. is composed of moving part (hopper and traction chain), upper section with drive chain wheel, lower section with tension wheel, intermediate casing, driving device, backstop brake device, etc. (see outline drawing of ring chain centrifugal bucket elevator). The hopper of the hoist is arranged intermittently, which is loaded by "digging method" and unloaded by "centrifugal feeding method". The traction mechanism of the hoist is two ring chains. HL type centrifugal bucket elevator with ring chain produced by our company is composed of moving part (hopper and traction chain), upper section with driving sprocket, lower section with tension wheel, intermediate casing, driving device, backstop brake device, etc. The hopper of the hoist is arranged intermittently, which is loaded by "digging method" and unloaded by "centrifugal feeding method". The traction mechanism of the hoist is two ring chains.

Lifting mechanism and installation method of HL ring chain centrifugal bucket

1. According to the hopper shape, it can be divided into two types: s method with deep circular bottom hopper; Q method with shallow round bottom hopper;
2. According to the form of discharge port in upper section, it can be divided into two types: X1 method -- discharge port with inclined flange; x2 system -- discharge port with horizontal flange;
3. According to the form of the lower section feed inlet, it can be divided into two types: the J1 method -- the inclined plane of the feed inlet is 45 degrees to the horizontal plane; the J2 manufacturing method is that the inclined plane of the feed inlet is 60 degrees to the horizontal plane;
4. According to the position of the side inspection door of the middle casing, it can be divided into four types: K1 method: middle casing side with lower left inspection door; K2 method: middle casing side with lower right inspection door; K3 method: middle casing side with upper left inspection door; K4 method: middle casing side with upper right inspection door; K4 method: middle casing side with upper right inspection door; K2 method: middle casing side with lower right inspection door;
5. According to the position of the inspection door on the end face of the intermediate casing, it can be divided into two types: Z1 method - the end face of the middle casing is provided with a lower access door; Z2 method is that the end face of the middle casing is provided with an upper access door; and;
6. According to the relative position of the transmission device to the hoist, it can be divided into two types: left installation - transmission device on the left side; right installation - transmission device on the right side

Notice for model selection of bucket elevator

As a common lifting equipment, the selection of bucket elevator is restricted by many factors, and choosing the wrong model will bring endless trouble to users. Generally, the selection of bucket elevator depends on the following elements: 1. Material form: whether the material is powder or granular or small. 2. Physical properties of the material: whether the material has adsorption or viscosity, and whether it contains water. 3. Specific gravity of materials: generally, the parameters of bucket elevator are designed and calculated for the materials with bulk specific gravity less than 1.6. If the material specific gravity is too large, the traction force and tensile strength of transmission part shall be calculated. 4. Throughput per unit time.
Generally speaking, the shape of the material directly determines the unloading mode of the material. The common law is that the powder material is discharged by centrifugal casting, and the bulk material is discharged by gravity. The different discharging methods determine the different hopper forms adopted by the bucket elevator. The centrifugal ejection discharge mostly adopts the shallow bucket and the arc bucket, while the gravity discharge needs the deep bucket. The time of the elevator hopper is different. The final conveying capacity of bucket elevator is a comprehensive parameter which depends on hopper form, bucket speed, material specific gravity, material property and hopper quantity. The selection process is as follows: material specific gravity → transmission mode (bucket elevator model) → material properties → unloading mode → hopper form → lifting capacity of the series of bucket elevator → determine the model.
